This guy's a prodigy in the World Wide Web world. He started developing websites at the age of 12, was getting paid to do it by 14, worked as a CIO while still in high school, and launched Splice at the age of 22. Yet he remains humble and is always looking to learn something new. He doesn't sleep until the job is done and done right... the first time. To say that he has a passion for helping others succeed is an understatement. He preaches customer service, loyalty, and integrity. All in all, it would be safe to say he's to the WWW what John Wayne was to Westerns.

Brennen Baxter
Junior Web Developer & First Mate

He travels to work on rollerblades, his shaggy hair flowing gracefully behind. He is slowly but surely becoming the creative genius behind the soon to be world famous designs pumped out by Splice Media. His favorite keyboard character is the caps locks which makes us wonder if he's a bit angry on the inside while portraying himself as a kindhearted soul on the outside. He types about 50 words per minute, receiving constant ridicule from Wes, who burns up the keyboard at the rate of around 110 words per minute. He aspires to one day be able to grow a real beard. Until then, he eats, sleeps, and breaths web design. He also prefers long walks on the beach with his dog, Skibbles.

Snoopy

Office Manager

When she's not busy napping or taking routine potty breaks, Snoop is responsible for keeping the boys inline and on track. No one gets to the boys without going through Snoop first. She provides endless hours of distraction but strongly urges the boys to stay on task, unless they want to play fetch with the ball of course. She aspires to one day be the CEO as she clearly believes she rules the roost. At 14 years old (82 in dog years), she's the eldest by 57 years. When the boys leave for lunch, she doubles as a security guard willing to lick any intruders to death.
